To ensure quality and safety:

Thaw safely in the refrigerator or in cold water. Do not thaw at room temperature.

Cook thoroughly to a safe internal temperature (165°F for poultry).

Wash hands, utensils, and surfaces with hot soapy water after handling raw meat.
